We do not accept insurance. We are a private pay practice. We chose this model to prevent insurance approval delays and third parties from making decisions about your health. This model allows us to provide you with the flexibility, autonomy, and unhurried care we believe is the best approach to healthcare.
You may be able to receive reimbursement for some or all of your visit fees. We can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. You may use Reimbursify to submit your claim.
We do not submit claims or contact insurance companies and cannot guarantee reimbursement, but we provide sufficient documentation and standard E/M coding so you have thorough information to submit.

Yes! You can use your FSA or HSA to cover our services, including clinical programs, tele-health visits, labs, and supplements. Contact your plan administrator for details about your specific coverage. We're happy to provide an itemized invoice (superbill) upon request.

Yes, we can review lab work you've had done elsewhere. Please note that a separate interpretation fee applies for reviewing and discussing external lab results.

NūAlchemy Health is based in Georgia and offers telemedicine services to patients who are physically located at the time of visit in the States of Maryland, Tennessee, Georgia and in Washington DC at the time of their visit.

We offer conventional and specialty lab testing through our lab partners, based on your symptoms and needs. Testing may be done in a nearby lab or at home through testing kits. When labs are ordered, you will receive clear and detailed instructions.
Lab fees are included in the cost of many of our packaged services.

Yes. After your intake, if you choose to move forward with treatment, we will prescribe and manage medications as clinically appropriate. We partner with PCAB-accredited pharmacies (503 A and 503 B) that follow third party testing to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality assurance.

If nutritional supplements are recommended as part of your treatment plan, you'll receive access to our online supplement dispensary. We offer our clients a preferred rate on all supplements. We only recommend professional-grade supplements from vetted brands that undergo rigorous testing and are free of fillers, additives, and allergens.

By the end of the initial 12 week program, we have a much clearer sense of what’s working well and what may still need adjustment. You may a) discontinue care if you have reached your goals, b) continue if you have new goals for another 12 weeks, or c) begin the maintenance phase to maintain your progress This includes prescription medications, quarterly tele-health visits, ongoing provider support.
