1. Scope of Services By using this website and scheduling services, patients agree to the terms governing telehealth care, payment policies, and scope of services. NuAlchemy Health provides professional clinical consultations and wellness protocols. Medical services provided are not a substitute for emergency care. In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately.

2. Telehealth Consent Patients acknowledge that services are at times delivered via telehealth, which involves the use of electronic communications to enable healthcare providers at different locations to share individual patient medical platforms for the purpose of improving patient care.

3. Payment & Financing Payments are due at the time of booking or service initiation. If you utilize a third-party financing option (e.g.,CareCredit), you are subject to the credit terms and interest rates of that specific provider. NuAlchemy Health is not responsible for the approval or denial of credit.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy * Consultation Fees: Fees for medical consultations are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed, as they cover the provider’s professional time.

  • Program Eligibility: If a patient is deemed clinically ineligible for a program during the initial evaluation, a full refund of the program fee (minus the consultation fee) will be issued.

  • Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

  • Prescription Orders: Due to the personalized nature of clinical protocols, once a pharmacy order has been processed, that portion of the service fee is non-refundable.

5. Clinical Determination All treatments are subject to a provider's determination of medical necessity. NuAlchemy Health reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the patient’s clinical profile.
